Every project is managed like it's our own.
Most of our jobs start with a house that looks like this one. Here's exactly what happens between that first phone call and the day you move back in.
You shouldn't have to project-manage your own renovation.
We arrange every trade, so you don't have to balance a build schedule against your work and your family. From the initial planning to completion you're still consulted on everything that matters — you just aren't the one chasing it.
Jon Elliott makes himself available daily to every client, to keep you in the loop on decisions and progress. He is project manager, builder and quality assurance — the same person, the whole way through.
Six steps, no surprises.
Nothing here is a hidden stage or an optional extra. It's what happens on every job we take.
The first call
Tell us roughly what you're thinking. We'll ask what the house is, what's not working, and whether you have plans already — no obligation and no sales pitch on the phone.
A free on-site visit
Jon comes to you, anywhere in Wagga and the surrounding district. He'll walk the place with you, tell you honestly what's possible, and flag anything likely to be expensive before you've spent a cent.
Scope & itemised quote
A clear written scope and an itemised quote, so you can see what each part of the job costs. If something's a bad idea or bad value, we'll say so rather than quote it.
Trades & scheduling
We arrange and sequence every trade — that's our job, not yours. You get one point of contact and one schedule, rather than six tradespeople all wanting a decision on the same afternoon.
The build, updated daily
Two fully qualified carpenters and two apprentices on the tools, with Jon on deck as project manager and quality assurance. You hear about decisions as they come up, not after they've been made.
Handover
A superior level of finish, to a timely and well-organised plan. Cleaned up, checked over, and ready to live in — and we're still on the end of the phone afterwards.
What the process actually looks like.
All three pairs below are Brindabella — the same house, before we started and after handover.
Before
AfterThe street frontage
Roof replaced, brickwork and verandah restored, fencing and garden rebuilt — the façade kept exactly as the street knows it.
Before
AfterThe kitchen
Caesarstone benchtops, Parisian pendants and a pressed metal splashback, opened into the new dining space.
Before
AfterKitchen to dining
The old arch and closed-in kitchen removed, replaced with open-plan living on spotted gum flooring.
Specialising in.
If it isn't on this list, ask anyway — we'll tell you straight if it isn't for us.
Renovations
Whole-of-home changes, period restorations and single-room rebuilds.
Extensions
Additions joined to the existing home so the seam doesn't show.
Decks & pergolas
Outdoor living that gets used through the Riverina summer and winter.
Insurance work
Make-safe and reinstatement work, handled directly with your insurer.
Project management
Running the trades and the schedule on a build you've already designed.
Temporary fence hire
Site fencing for Wagga builds, whether or not we're doing the work.

It starts with a phone call.
Tell us roughly what you're thinking. If it sounds like something we can help with, Jon will come and look at it — free, and with no obligation at the end of it.
