This renovation took a working acreage property and gave it a refined, cohesive new life inside and out.
Indoors, the ensuite, main bathroom, and laundry were fully updated with a soft, considered palette that ties the three spaces together, bringing warmth and calm to the everyday.
Outside, we designed and built a standalone art studio complete with its own kitchenette and toilet — a private, functional creative retreat set apart from the main house. Around it, the landscaping was reshaped with custom wooden structures, decking of the alfresco and a firepit area, creating multiple relaxed outdoor spaces built for gathering, unwinding, and making the most of the acreage setting.
From wet areas to studio to the great outdoors, this project shows what’s possible when every space is considered as part of the whole.
